Alfa Laval is seeking an Inside Sales Intern in Kempton Park, Johannesburg. This full-time internship involves following sales processes, identifying customer needs for products and services, creating and following up on quotes, and seeking upselling opportunities within an assigned area. The role requires a customer-oriented, proactive individual with a willingness to learn, comfortable with structured work and multiple assignments.

Ansvarsområden

Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Products and services.
Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer.
Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.
Proactively look for upselling opportunities.
Actively follow up the quote to understand if the proposed value is understood and matches customer needs.
Use the CRM tool and other tools consistently and qualitatively to support the sales process and make decisions.

Krav

Engineering/Diploma (Mechanical/Chemical)
MBA is preferred
1-2 years of experience
Customer oriented
Team player
Outgoing
Proactive with a willingness to learn & collaborate with associated stakeholders.
Structured in approach & comfortable with working on multiple overlapping assignments.
Discerning eye for details as well as able to have a holistic view of the situation.
