IKEA Singapore is looking for a Local Marketing & Communication Intern to support local marketing initiatives, including customer research, content creation, and event coordination. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, strong communication skills, and the ability to work retail hours across multiple stores.

Ansvarsområden

Support and coordinate local marketing and communication efforts.
Conduct customer profile and behavior research.
Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
Assist in creating content and graphics for communication channels.
Coordinate and implement events.
Carry out administrative and operations-related tasks.
Develop plans to support the Singapore Local Marketing & Communication team's initiatives.
Manage stores' internal communication channels, including digital signage, notice boards, and Microsoft communication platforms.

Krav

Highly independent, fast-learner, and requires minimal supervision.
An appetite for learning more about the IKEA brand and business, and gain experience in marketing and/or communication.
Excellent time and task management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent people engagement skills.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required.
Able to commit retail hours of shift work, weekends and public holidays.
Able to operate across the 3 Singapore stores (Tampines / Alexandra / Jurong).
Available to commit for a minimum of 5-6 months.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Past work experience in marketing / graphics is a plus.
