As the Head of Marketing for Process Engineering Solutions at Alfa Laval's Food & Pharma Division, you will build and lead the marketing organization, driving competitiveness, innovation, and sustainable growth. This pivotal role requires strategic planning, commercial excellence, and a transformational mindset to shape go-to-market strategies and optimize the customer journey.

Ansvarsområden

Define go-to-market strategies, business plans, and performance KPIs based on market insights.
Generate and nurture leads, optimize the customer journey, and align with sales to drive revenue.
Leverage customer data and insights to inform decisions and provide actionable intelligence.
Build the marketing organization from the ground up within the BU PES management team.
Report to the BU President, Christian Thomsen.

Krav

Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within process engineering or related industries.
Strong strategic and analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable plans.
Demonstrated ability to drive commercial excellence, maximizing sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a global, decentralized organization.
Passion for innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
