Responsibilities
- Define go-to-market strategies, business plans, and performance KPIs based on market insights.
- Generate and nurture leads, optimize the customer journey, and align with sales to drive revenue.
- Leverage customer data and insights to inform decisions and provide actionable intelligence.
- Build the marketing organization from the ground up within the BU PES management team.
- Report to the BU President, Christian Thomsen.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within process engineering or related industries.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial excellence, maximizing sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, decentralized organization.
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in product development, pricing, positioning, and launching new products is an advantage.
