Accurately record service information using the system to analyze issues and improve the customer shopping experience.
Continuously enhance the customer shopping experience using the work manual and IKEA global solutions.

Krav

Passion for the home retail industry and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Polite, friendly demeanor; able to remain calm and resilient when facing customer emotions.
Good decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
Previous face-to-face customer service or after-sales service experience is preferred.
