The Data Center Material Associate in Hyderabad is responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, shipping, and IT Asset Disposition. This role requires strong experience in logistics and warehousing, with a focus on meeting daily production SLAs, optimizing cycle times, and ensuring compliance with SEZ/STPI and data sanitization regulations. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to balance demand and supply, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ansvarsområden

Execute daily production plans covering Receiving/Intake, Inventory Storage, Imaging, Wiping, Refurbishment, Pick/Pack/Ship, and Outbound Shipping.
Monitor throughput targets and report SLA adherence using ServiceNow and T-SIM.
Conduct daily floor walks to identify bottlenecks, escalate blockers, and maintain real-time visibility into production status.
Analyze end-to-end cycle times, improve SOPs, and drive Kaizen/continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with demand planning teams to align production priorities with demand signals.
Manage inventory segregation, prioritization, and accuracy through cycle counts and root-cause analysis.
Own outbound shipping execution, including on-time dispatch, carrier coordination, packaging, labeling, and SEZ/STPI documentation.
Track and reduce shipping errors and coordinate reverse logistics for RMA processing.

Krav

4+ years of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices experience
4+ years of logistics experience
1+ years of team leadership experience
Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting
Working knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle (servers, laptops, networking equipment, storage devices)
