Responsibilities
- Execute daily production plans covering Receiving/Intake, Inventory Storage, Imaging, Wiping, Refurbishment, Pick/Pack/Ship, and Outbound Shipping.
- Monitor throughput targets and report SLA adherence using ServiceNow and T-SIM.
- Conduct daily floor walks to identify bottlenecks, escalate blockers, and maintain real-time visibility into production status.
- Analyze end-to-end cycle times, improve SOPs, and drive Kaizen/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with demand planning teams to align production priorities with demand signals.
- Manage inventory segregation, prioritization, and accuracy through cycle counts and root-cause analysis.
- Own outbound shipping execution, including on-time dispatch, carrier coordination, packaging, labeling, and SEZ/STPI documentation.
- Track and reduce shipping errors and coordinate reverse logistics for RMA processing.
Requirements
- 4+ years of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices experience
- 4+ years of logistics experience
- 1+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting
- Working knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle (servers, laptops, networking equipment, storage devices)
