Microsoft is looking for a Data Center Campus LLE Procurement Execution Manager to oversee post-award execution of Long Lead Equipment (LLE) and Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) packages for datacenter projects. This site-based role requires strong procurement, project execution, and supplier management skills to ensure safe, timely, and compliant delivery of equipment within budget.

Ansvarsområden

Own the integrated post-award OFCI delivery plan from purchase-order handover through manufacturing, testing, logistics, installation, commissioning, and handover to operations.
Maintain alignment between contractual delivery dates, supplier schedules, site-readiness milestones, and the overall project program.
Ensure On-time delivery as per OEMs Contractual ROJs (Required on Job Site) dates.
Facilitate the delivery and inspection of LLE/OFCI equipment on site.
Address and report quality-related issues for speedy resolution.
Manage post-award supplier performance across manufacturing, delivery, field service support, quality, and commercial obligations.
Establish regular governance cadences, maintain performance indicators, and drive recovery or corrective action plans.
Communicate scheduling delays from OFCI equipment suppliers and develop mitigation strategies.
Oversee site-specific procurement activities and collaborate to resolve issues.
Align OEM Field Service Resources plan with General Contractor, DCD, and Commissioning team requirements.
Initiate and govern post-award change orders, including entitlement review, quotation assessment, and purchase-order amendment.
Monitor and mitigate the impact of change orders on the project schedule.
Act as a subject matter expert in contractual disputes and advise on entitlements.
Support Claims negotiations with a detailed understanding of contractual conditions.
Collaborate with wider teams including Projects Control, Strategic Sourcing, DCD, Commissioning, and Supplier Quality for successful execution.
Manage supplier activity and progress across multiple projects and complex purchasing categories.
Educate internal and external stakeholders and identify engagement programs to improve supplier performance.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in procurement, supply chain, project delivery, or related disciplines.
Strong commercial understanding of Product & Capital Equipment procurement.
Extensive experience in Procurement, Project Management/Execution, Contracts management, Supplier management in a project environment.

Hyperscale Data Center or Large building construction experience in an owner or general contractor capacity or in any large-scale manufacturing organization.
Knowledge of the data center industry and experience managing a variety of project delivery methods.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex and evolving environments while delivering results.
Excellent communicator capable of interacting with diverse groups across organizational levels.
Strong attention to detail, a continuous-improvement mindset, and sound commercial and business acumen.
Proven ability to implement new processes, build cross-functional alignment, and secure stakeholder buy-in for successful adoption.
Must be able to drive & execute supply chain execution strategy for multiple categories.
