Microsoft is offering a paid six-month internship program for Emirati Nationals as Customer Success Account Manager Apprentices. This program, starting January 2027, provides technical and professional certifications, on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.

Ansvarsområden

Research customer industry, business processes, needs, and strategy to understand their business.
Promote technology adoption by helping customers optimize product utilization and adopt best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers in a post-sales production environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams within Microsoft to support customer business outcomes.
Demonstrate business value of solutions through storytelling and presentations.
Identify and develop relationships with customer team members.
Learn to identify and share feedback on technical capabilities, blockers, and insights with internal teams.
Support Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.
Participate in advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.

Krav

Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
Emirati nationality.
Legally authorized to work in UAE.
Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field.
Fluency in English.
