Ansvarsområden

Provide high quality customer support via multiple channels in Portuguese, Spanish and English
Respond to customer queries in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Offer clear solution and guidance
Handle complaints with empathy and patience
Contribute to the project’s success by sharing knowledge and working closely with colleagues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases
Work on rotating shifts, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Krav

C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to quickly learn, adapt and handle change in a fast-paced environment
Good computer skills and confidence using multiple systems
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple interactions
Positive attitude and willingness to deliver a brilliant customer experience
