Transcom is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative in Cairo, Egypt, to provide excellent customer experience via phone. This role involves supporting a mobility platform, managing accounts, and strengthening client relationships within an international environment.

Ansvarsområden

Support a fast-growing mobility platform, helping deliver reliable ride-hailing and everyday transportation solutions to millions of users.
Contribute to account management and growth initiatives, strengthen relationships with driver-partners and strategic clients.
Help bring seamless, customer-focused mobility experiences to market across digital and on-the-ground touchpoints.
Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone.
Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge, and learn together with your colleagues.
Work rotational shifts 24/7.

Krav

C1/B2 written and spoken proficiency in Italian.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and respond to change.
Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience.
