As a Part-Time Customer Service Associate at IKEA in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, you will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience by providing friendly service, maintaining shopping tools, and assisting customers with various needs. Ansvarsområden

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services.
Keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
Ensure all physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, bags, maps, twine) are stocked and maintained.
Fill physical shopping tools at closing.
Monitor physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe stands.
Address customer needs, resolve issues independently, and escalate to a manager when needed.
Support in other customer service areas like Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
Ensure a simple and efficient handout experience for FSHO.
Properly stage products and equipment when supporting Returns.
Create a positive customer experience with accurate order handoff for Click & Collect.
Contribute to an inclusive IKEA culture.

Krav

Experience in retail.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs occasionally.
