Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services.
- Keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
- Ensure all physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, bags, maps, twine) are stocked and maintained.
- Fill physical shopping tools at closing.
- Monitor physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe stands.
- Address customer needs, resolve issues independently, and escalate to a manager when needed.
- Support in other customer service areas like Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
- Ensure a simple and efficient handout experience for FSHO.
- Properly stage products and equipment when supporting Returns.
- Create a positive customer experience with accurate order handoff for Click & Collect.
- Contribute to an inclusive IKEA culture.
Requirements
- Experience in retail.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs occasionally.
Desired Qualifications
- Open availability required Monday-Sunday.
- Must be able to work nights & weekends.
