Ansvarsområden
- Align learning preparation with relevant success metrics, including cloud consumption and survey feedback.
- Incorporate the latest features, technologies, and processes into learning experiences to ensure quality delivery.
- Deliver single to multi-day training sessions in-person or virtually with minimal supervision, using presentations, discussions, labs, and simulations.
- Utilize digitally enhanced instructor-led resources for technology-based learning experiences.
- Apply classroom management techniques like flexible learning, behavioral reinforcement, and time management.
- Foster a friendly, supportive environment, encourage questions, monitor learner progress, and provide feedback on course content.
- Embody Microsoft's culture and values.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in training, education, critical environments (CE), cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologies.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a technical capacity maintaining facility cooling, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
- Experience with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Branch Circuit Monitoring (BCM), Building Automation Systems (BAS), and Battery Monitoring Systems (BMS).
- 2+ years of experience in training delivery and readiness operations or demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to diagnose or represent training data and anecdotal feedback in meaningful ways (analysis and writing).
- Structured thinking and planning with a bias for execution (operational planning & project management).
