Qualcomm is seeking a Contract System Support Analyst in Hyderabad to provide operational support, configuration, and training for their Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management platform. This role involves troubleshooting issues, performing testing, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with global teams to improve processes and ensure data quality.

Ansvarsområden

Provide day-to-day operational support for Qualcomm's Contract Lifecycle Management platform.
Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues, questions, and enhancement requests.
Perform configuration and administrative activities within Agiloft and other supported platforms.
Execute QA, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for system enhancements and defect fixes.
Create, maintain, and execute test scripts and test plans.
Develop and maintain user documentation, process guides, knowledge articles, and training materials.
Deliver end-user training and support adoption of new features.
Perform data quality reviews and support contract data cleanup.
Ensure platform configurations, data, and processes comply with security and policy requirements.
Run reports, perform data analysis, and support business reporting needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, contract managers, attorneys, IT teams, and external vendors.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and standardization.
Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Seek learning opportunities and evaluate new technologies.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience OR High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience.
Experience supporting enterprise business systems such as Agiloft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar low-code platforms.
Effective communication with both technical and business users.
Ownership of assigned work and high standards for quality and accuracy.
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Comfortable participating in evening meetings approximately twice per week and additional flexibility as needed.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Comfortable working with global teams and supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Önskade kvalifikationer

1+ year of experience supporting, configuring, testing, or administering enterprise business applications such as Agiloft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar low-code platforms.
1+ year customer-facing support experience.
1+ year of experience with data analysis, reporting, or data quality activities.
1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
Experience creating user documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, or support content.
Experience performing system testing, validation, QA, or user acceptance testing activities.
