As a Cloud & AI Specialist in Austria, you will be instrumental in guiding enterprise customers through their AI and cloud transformation journeys. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging Microsoft Azure, Data, Security, and AI capabilities to meet critical business needs and drive innovation. This role requires leading virtual teams, managing sales pipelines, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve significant revenue and consumption targets.

Ansvarsområden

Assess and qualify sales opportunities using established sales frameworks.
Develop and drive sales strategies tailored to individual customer priorities.
Lead virtual teams of technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance sales processes.
Activate partners and build relationships to drive co-selling and partner attach.
Maintain sales and pipeline hygiene, utilizing AI-powered analytics for forecasting.
Monitor adoption trends to help customers realize value and drive renewals.
Analyze data to prioritize sales strategies and identify market gaps.
Engage C-level, technology, data, and business leaders on strategic priorities.
Bring thought leadership around AI-powered operations and data estate modernization.
Leverage technology like AI sales agents and automation to drive growth.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field, AND several years of technology-related sales or account management experience; OR equivalent experience.
Business proficiency in both spoken and written communication in German and English.
Experience working with enterprise customers in the financial services industry.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND several years of technology-related sales or account management experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND several years of technology-related sales or account management experience; OR equivalent experience.
Solution or services sales experience, including experience delivering solutions for customer personalization, inventory optimization, and workforce enablement.
Certifications such as AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals), AI-900 (AI Fundamentals), or DP-900 (Data Fundamentals) are highly recommended.
Understanding of cloud migration, modernization of core workloads, data estate unification, and AI-readiness of existing environments.
Experience leading cloud modernization initiatives in enterprise environments.
Knowledge of the partner ecosystem and ability to leverage partner solutions.
Familiarity with Generative AI use cases in content creation, localization, metadata generation, summarization, and personalization.
Preferably located within the Vienna area.

Förmåner

Base pay range across Austria is € 105,100.00 - € 177,100.00 per year.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
