Ansvarsområden
- Develop AI-first approaches and innovative solutions for customers.
- Provide technical guidance and translate business requirements in the pre-sale process.
- Participate in project planning and assess technical and business risks.
- Manage complex escalations and customer/partner relationships.
- Drive excellence in delivery through standardized, repeatable processes.
- Generate and improve intellectual property, driving re-use of best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to external stakeholders and build senior-level relationships.
- Lead adoption of Microsoft solutions and differentiate them from competitors.
- Share insights and technical input with virtual teams and communities.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and demonstrate industry knowledge.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain.
- Experience managing multiple projects or portfolios.
- Experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Technical sales experience.
- Project management experience.
- People management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
- Technical or Professional Certification in Domain (e.g., Security).
Förmåner
- Base pay range for Sweden: kr 947,000.00 - kr 2,332,000.00 per year.
- Base pay range for Denmark: kr 880,000.00 - kr 2,028,600.00 per year.
- Base pay range for Norway: kr 980,000.00 - kr 2,370,000.00 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
