Atlas Copco seeks a hands-on Bench Repair Technician in Louisville, KY, to perform in-house repairs and calibrations on tools. This full-time role involves diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction, reporting to the Depot Manager.

Ansvarsområden

  • Create repair quotes based on customer requirements.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, documenting findings.
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools ensuring full functionality.
  • Order and track parts needed for timely repairs.
  • Communicate with customers to gather details and provide status updates.

Krav

  • Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
  • Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
  • High school diploma or GED.
