Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, documenting findings.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools ensuring full functionality.
- Order and track parts needed for timely repairs.
- Communicate with customers to gather details and provide status updates.
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
- Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED.
