Arla Foods Ingredients is seeking a full-time Bagging & FLT Operator for their AFI Taw Valley location. This on-site role involves operating bagging and packaging equipment, using a Counterbalance FLT for product movement, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards. A 4-day on, 4-day off rolling rota is in place.

Ansvarsområden

Operate bagging, packaging, and dispatch equipment safely and efficiently.
Load, move, and store finished products using a Counterbalance FLT.
Monitor production performance and support site KPI targets.
Carry out quality checks and report process deviations.
Complete production records and documentation accurately.
Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards.
Support continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Collaborate with colleagues to minimize downtime.
Follow all site safety procedures.
Participate in training and development activities.

Krav

Strong communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good attention to detail.
Accurate record keeping.
Competent IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications.
Prioritize safety at all times.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Counterbalance Forklift Truck experience.
Good understanding of health & safety and food hygiene standards.
Previous experience within food manufacturing, production, or process operations.
HACCP Level 1 or equivalent food safety training.
Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement.
Knowledge of OEE, SAP or similar production systems.
