ABB is seeking an Application Support Specialist in Krakow, Poland, to provide IT support for Risk Management Tools. This hybrid role involves resolving incidents, managing applications, collaborating with teams, and documenting solutions, requiring at least 2 years of IT experience and strong communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

Resolve and manage requests, incidents, problems, and user requests.
Perform application configuration and administration.
Collaborate with Business, Application Operations, Application Software Delivery, and other external IT Teams.
Create and maintain application user-centric and support knowledge base documentation.
Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Provide online end-user basic level application trainings.
Participate in initiatives to improve work environment, optimize internal processes, and system features.
Adhere to ABB's core values of safety and integrity.

Krav

Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT environment, preferably supporting enterprise web software applications.
Collaborative, solutions, and customer service-oriented approach.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple demands and work with cross-functional, international teams.
Ability to plan workload effectively under stress to meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Working knowledge of collaboration tools (MS SharePoint/OneNote).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic level of SQL.
Fluency in spoken and written English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

ITIL methodology experience is a plus.
Experience with Agile frameworks is a plus.
Software Lifecycle Management tools experience is a plus.
Practical use of AI tools in productivity improvement is a plus.
