We are seeking a Global Industry Sales Engineer to support our North American Team, managing technical and pricing clarifications from sales worldwide. The role involves collaborating with sales and product engineers to finalize solutions for severe service applications, requiring knowledge of control valve sizing and Fisher products.

Ansvarsområden

Sizing control valves and related accessories using a sizing tool.
Serving as the key contact for all technical issues/clarifications related to LBP/Sales support.
Understanding received queries and related information via email.
Analyzing sales queries and responding appropriately, seeking support from relevant teams when needed.
Supporting severe/critical service applications for any inquiries with assistance from the Severe Service team.
Being ready for site walk-down activities with sales support.
Performing MIB-based product selection for quotes/projects.
Troubleshooting site issues with support from M'town GIS/Severe Service team and handling FF2 deals queries.
Maintaining records of work done.

Krav

Minimum 3 years of experience in any engineering background.
Knowledge of all Fisher products and accessories.
Understanding of product specifications and Incoterms.
Adequate knowledge of sizing control valves for industry-specific applications.
Basic knowledge of Inactive/obsolete/Competitor products.
Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering.
Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
