Emerson T&M Hungary is looking for a Technical Writer to join its R&D team in Budapest. The role involves creating and editing product documentation, collaborating with content experts, and improving documentation usability. A Bachelor's degree and multiple years of professional technical writing experience are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Create and edit product documentation, including printed materials and electronic help.
  • Send documentation through review and implement feedback.
  • Collaborate with content experts to learn about products.
  • Prepare information for publishing.
  • Work with project managers and engineers to improve documentation usability.
  • Troubleshoot help systems integrated into products.

Krav

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Multiple years of professional technical writing experience.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in English, Technical Communication, or other major with writing-intensive component and/or science/technology emphasis.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Firm understanding of XML, DITA, and HTML.
  • Experience in using writing and terminology assistance tools like Congree and TermWeb.
