HCLTech is seeking an Administrator for Support & Operations in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role involves managing customer escalations, providing support for IT environments including VMware, Networking, Linux/Unix, Windows Servers, and Databases, and contributing to continuous service improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ansvarsområden

Escalate advanced customer issues to Third Party escalation teams.
Monitor and coordinate escalations to Third Party teams.
Triage incidents requiring investigation with Service Desk, Management, and Client teams.
Provide regular updates to all involved parties.
Act as a primary contact for project information.
Support testing, validation, and continuous service improvement for GST and TSA exit environments.
Contribute to working practice and knowledgebase documentation.
Assist in creating new process documentation.
Participate in testing and validation activities.
Participate in special projects, client events, and visits.

Krav

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of platforms such as VMware, Networking, Linux & Unix, Windows Servers, Database, etc.
Problem solving skills
Organizational skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment in any customer service scenario
