Atlas Copco is seeking an Accountant for their Cairo office to manage accounting transactions, reporting, and month-end closing. This role involves financial analysis, supporting business controllers, and assisting with audits and automation initiatives, contributing to accurate financial reporting.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
Manage monthly group reports, month-end closing, and financial statement submissions.
Provide BS and P&L analysis and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
Analyze trends and deviations, identifying potential issues.
Support business controllers and local entities with accounting advice.
Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
Assist in the audit process and provide necessary documentation.
Generate ad hoc reports for management.
Support automation initiatives for process streamlining.

Krav

University degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
Experience +2 years in big 4 audit firms or financial reporting is a plus.
Good command of English.
End-user experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience working with ERP systems; SAP is a big plus.
Analytical, proactive, solution-oriented, and deadline-respecting.
Good communication skills.
Well-organized and systematic.
Team player and willing to learn.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Additional language is a plus.
Experience +2 years big 4 audit firms experience is a Plus.
Experience in financial reporting.
