- Attend technical complaints assigned by Technical Manager to rectify on-site product issues.
- Install sensor doors / access control systems and demonstrate product functionality.
- Conduct initial site visits to recommend appropriate products to customers.
- Escalate unresolved product issues to the Technical Manager for product replacement.
- Fill complaint reports and customer feedback forms after work completion.
Requirements
- Graduate
- 2-5 years of experience in tech support or a similar job
- Previous experience in tech support or a similar job
