Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational and business objectives.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and insights on organizational design, talent assessment, succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to attract, identify, and develop diverse talent pipelines.
- Partner with employee resource groups and business stakeholders to help foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace.
- Coordinate talent review and organizational review processes to support workforce planning and development.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR programs, policies, practices, communications, and employment-related matters.
- Support employer branding activities and initiatives that strengthen Emerson’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Contribute to change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives that support business growth and transformation.
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR programs and initiatives within a business environment, preferably manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and employees on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness topics.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and people-related processes.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Professional proficiency in Polish and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
