Responsibilities
- Provide professional, accurate, and timely support for customer enquiries.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding quotations, orders, and order status updates.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations in line with established procedures.
- Collaborate with Sales, Application Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Review and process customer purchase orders.
- Generate order acknowledgements and associated documentation.
- Support contract review activities.
- Communicate proactively with customers and stakeholders regarding order progress and shipment updates.
- Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order information within approved systems.
- Support quality, trade compliance, and ethical business practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively across teams to achieve shared objectives.
Requirements
- A higher education qualification, vocational qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in customer service, customer support, sales administration, order management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet agreed deadlines.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
- Familiarity with ERP (Oracle & JDE) and CRM systems.
- Experience supporting international customers, sales organisations, or channel partners.
- Knowledge of quotation management, contract review, customer support, or order management processes.
