Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer contact plans for product launches and sales campaigns.
- Act as the primary contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving them or escalating as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable products and services.
- Enter and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Identify and report instances of non-compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Develop personal capabilities through training, development planning, and professional accreditation.
- Stay updated on relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Experience within a sales environment is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of the local & regional business environment and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to persuade, convince, and influence others.
- Outstanding customer relationship skills, seeking mutual benefits.
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively, working independently.
