Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Research emerging AI techniques and technologies.
- Conduct experiments and evaluations to validate AI solutions.
- Document processes, workflows, and architectures.
- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and root-cause analysis.
- Troubleshoot and operate AI-driven chatbots and conversational agents.
- Design, build, and operate a digital twin for incident reproduction and simulation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in applying ML/AI to production systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning concepts.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with telecom vendors or operators (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco) or on productized telecom solutions is a plus.
