Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights.
  • Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Research emerging AI techniques and technologies.
  • Conduct experiments and evaluations to validate AI solutions.
  • Document processes, workflows, and architectures.
  • Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and root-cause analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and operate AI-driven chatbots and conversational agents.
  • Design, build, and operate a digital twin for incident reproduction and simulation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in applying ML/AI to production systems.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning concepts.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with telecom vendors or operators (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco) or on productized telecom solutions is a plus.
