Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital transformation roadmap for Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives across planning, warehousing, logistics, production, maintenance, and quality functions.
- Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and automation.
- Establish a data-driven culture through KPI development, dashboards, predictive analytics, and actionable business insights.
- Lead process mining and continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop and scale AI-enabled solutions for predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, production scheduling, quality management, and supply chain optimization.
- Oversee manufacturing and supply chain systems (MES, WMS, OEE platforms).
- Build and lead high-performing teams and partner across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing with strong understanding of production processes for multi-product lines.
- Experience with digital manufacturing systems (OEE, MES, CMMS, ERP) and production data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, and data-driven solutions.
