As the Digital Manager, Supply Chain & Manufacturing at Electrolux Group, you will spearhead the digital transformation strategy for operations, focusing on Industry 4.0 adoption and data-driven decision-making. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to implement advanced digital solutions for improved productivity and performance.

Ansvarsområden

Develop and execute the digital transformation roadmap for Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives across planning, warehousing, logistics, production, maintenance, and quality functions.
Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and automation.
Establish a data-driven culture through KPI development, dashboards, predictive analytics, and actionable business insights.
Lead process mining and continuous improvement efforts.
Develop and scale AI-enabled solutions for predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, production scheduling, quality management, and supply chain optimization.
Oversee manufacturing and supply chain systems (MES, WMS, OEE platforms).
Build and lead high-performing teams and partner across departments.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing with strong understanding of production processes for multi-product lines.
Experience with digital manufacturing systems (OEE, MES, CMMS, ERP) and production data analytics.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, and data-driven solutions.
