Responsibilities
- Build and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Strengthen colleague capability through coaching and development.
- Drive customer experience improvement and strengthen loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health and safety, and corporate policies.
- Support credit control through effective management of the debtor list.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
- Contribute to regional objectives and shape future plans.
Requirements
- Experience operating at a similar level within the commercial vehicle/truck industry.
- Understanding of customers operating needs.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing a dealership or service operation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to plan, forecast and deliver against budget.
- Visible and engaging leadership style that builds trust, ownership and pace.
- Experience developing colleagues through structured performance management and talent processes.
- Confidence using business systems, including SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Dealerpoint, Excel and Microsoft tools.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to turn insight and feedback into measurable improvements.
