- Identify and engage with potential international brands for Amazon India's growth strategy.
- Conduct market trend analysis, consumer preference research, and competitive landscape studies for brand launch opportunities.
- Develop business cases and strategies to attract international brands to the Indian market via Amazon.
- Negotiate deals and facilitate market entry for international brands by working with senior executives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on launch plans and onboarding processes.
- Manage the end-to-end launch process, including outreach and post-launch performance monitoring.
- Review and monitor performance and sales of launched international brands, providing strategic guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international brand partners as their primary contact.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, import policies, trade agreements, and market dynamics affecting international brands.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in content generation
- Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities
- Proficiency in a foreign language is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working across multiple complex functions
- Capable of influencing both internal and external stakeholders
- Adept at analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data for strategic decision-making
