- Support competence development through knowledge sharing, learning initiatives, and technical communities.
- Facilitate collaboration and synergies across business units, engineering teams, and technology domains.
- Represent the discipline in internal and external networks, forums, and collaborations.
Requirements
- Experience working with software development in a professional environment.
- Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices and development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud-native development principles.
- Understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, and platform engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of software quality, security, and lifecycle management principles.
- Ability to evaluate new technologies and translate trends into practical improvements.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to share knowledge and support the development of others.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to pass a security vetting.
