Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and solutions by defining, advocating, and implementing best practices and coding standards in PTC PLM applications.
Develop and mentor team members in PTC PLM functionalities and processes to enhance their technical capabilities.
Ensure process compliance within the assigned module by participating in technical discussions and reviews.
Prepare and submit comprehensive status reports to stakeholders.
Manage the closure of escalations.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of PTC PLM systems and implementations.
Solid understanding of best practices in software development and coding standards.
Familiarity with process compliance and technical risk assessment methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective mentorship and technical discussions.

Desired Qualifications

Optional but valuable certifications: PTC Certified Professional, Project Management Professional (PMP).
