Responsibilities
- Act as the primary industry bridge into Frontier Co, ensuring alignment and coordinated execution.
- Serve as the global industry subject matter expert in consulting sales for assigned priority industries.
- Drive industry-led sales execution by partnering with Frontier Co and regional teams.
- Shape and accelerate high-value opportunities through industry-specific narratives and transformation patterns.
- Identify, qualify, lead, and close strategic consulting opportunities.
- Develop industry-specific account theses and transformation plays.
- Build and maintain close plans for all qualified opportunities, defining commercial strategy and mitigating risks.
- Maintain accurate forecasting in systems of record and deliver on committed forecasts.
- Qualify and prioritize opportunities with the highest potential for impact and consumption.
- Lead terms and negotiation with executive stakeholders, securing contract signature and driving sales-to-delivery transition.
- Activate FDE Industry Studios, ISD Industry Squads, and Frontier Industry Advisor Teams.
- Define and lead customer “rhythms of connection” jointly with the Account Team and Services Account Executive.
- Own key customer and partner relationships at C-suite level.
- Bring and scale repeatable IP into account plans.
- Coach sellers on industry-centric opportunity creation.
Requirements
- 8+ years Business Consulting experience.
- 5+ years industry sales experience in the commercial or public sector.
- Deep expertise in Manufacturing & Mobility industries.
- Ability to translate industry disruption into board- and CXO-level transformation agendas.
- Ability to orchestrate across Frontier, ISD, FDE, regional sales, and delivery.
- Business proficiency in Japanese and English is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience selling business transformation to C-suite and executive stakeholders.
- Consultative depth and strategic counsel associated with senior practitioners at leading consulting firms.
- Proven ability to navigate C-level relationships.
- Proven ability to lead executive negotiations.
- Proven ability to drive the sales cycle for digital transformation initiatives aligned with transformation goals.
