Responsibilities

Interpret data to provide actionable business insights.
Store data and create/analyze reports.
Develop custom reporting tools and share findings with departments.
Create and maintain efficient and secure databases.
Train business users on reports and tools.
Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and predict outcomes.
Create analytical dashboards to tell a story with data.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills, high accuracy, and timely delivery.
Thoroughness in performing work assignments.
Team player, able to work effectively with team members in different locations.
Demonstrated effective communication.
Ability to work independently and innovatively, as well as collaborate.
Experience in process improvement techniques.
Extended experience in visualization techniques and practices.
Proven usage of the fundamentals of requirements gathering, design, and testing.
Good understanding of database architecture.
Problem anticipation, problem solving, and issue resolution.
Strong report writing in Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, MS Access, VBA, and Advanced Excel.
Experience with Python (added advantage), Hadoop, and HIVE.
