Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP Project Manager zur Leitung von SAP-Transformations-, Implementierungs-, Rollout-, Erweiterungs- und AMS-Engagements. Die Rolle erfordert eine starke Projekt-Governance, Stakeholder-Management und Erfahrung in der Leitung globaler SAP-Programme.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery from initiation through hypercare and closure.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, scope, and resource allocation.
Drive governance through regular project reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.
Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure timely resolution of critical items.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP Functional, Technical, Basis, Integration, Testing, and Business stakeholders.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and quality metrics.
Manage project financials, forecasts, revenue, and margin adherence.
Lead client discussions and serve as the primary point of contact for delivery matters.
Ensure adherence to project methodologies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Support change management, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence initiatives.

Requirements

Strong experience managing SAP implementation, migration, rollout, or AMS projects.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Knowledge of SAP functional areas such as MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, FICO, Ariba, MDG, or SuccessFactors.
Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.
Expertise in risk management and governance structures.
Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
10+ Years of experience
