Atlas Copco is seeking a Sales Engineer for their Xian, China operations. This remote role involves maintaining customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, developing business in the region, and supporting distributors. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of technical or mechanical sales experience, a university degree in engineering, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service in the region.
Proactively follow up on lost customer business.
Accomplish CTS sales targets and develop CTS business with a focus on profitability and growth.
Implement One 2 One and service ladder strategies for market penetration.
Optimize resources in sales and service.
Develop distributor service business and guide distributors.
Support distributors in following Atlas Copco's service business methods.

Requirements

Technical or mechanical sales and related industry background.
At least 3 years of working experience.
Good PC knowledge.
Good English skill.
University / College graduate in an engineering discipline.
Good communication skills.
Customer orientation.
Self-motivation & self-initiatives on the job.
