Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of sales activities to maximize revenue and expand market presence for air compressor products.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers and contractors.
- Visit customers and identify/develop new opportunities.
- Deliver pre-sales activities: inquiries, technical consultation, quotation preparation, bidding, contract negotiation, and contract implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless payment, delivery, and collections.
- Perform other related sales and marketing tasks.
Requirements
- University degree in mechanical engineering or related study.
- 2+ years of proven experience in selling industrial equipment, project sales, bidding, and contract negotiations.
- Good communication skills, including technical presentation and negotiation.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Result-driven, aggressive sales approach, project-sales mindset, and patience.
Desired Qualifications
- Having driving license is an advantage for customer visits.
