As a Part-Time Sales Associate for a Pop-Up event in Putrajaya, you will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, offer solutions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will maintain product presentation, manage stock, and handle transactions while maximizing sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

Actively approach customers and identify their needs.
Advise customers on the best solutions for their homes.
Keep the sales area clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked.
Ensure IKEA basic merchandising standards are maintained.
Share knowledge of IKEA product range with customers and colleagues.
Offer all available IKEA store services to customers.
Maximize sales whilst maintaining profitability.
Handle cashiers.
Order stock from the store and refill when stock arrives.

Requirements

Good at active selling by approaching visitors and customers.
Good at creating satisfied customers.
Confident in approaching and talking to people in a polite and friendly manner.
Ability to organize your own work and make efficient use of your time.
Ability to work with a high sense of urgency.
Ability to take personal initiatives and work under minimum supervision.
