The Accounting Executive will be responsible for managing tenant billing processes, GTO rental calculations, and monitoring outstanding receivables. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Manage tenant billing processes, including issuance of rental, utilities, marketing, and other income invoices.
Perform monthly GTO rental calculations and invoice issuance.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collection.
Issue reminder letters and actively chase payments.
Calculate and issue late payment interest for overdue invoices.
Perform carpark income reconciliation and ensure timely SST calculation.
Update and track tenant collection status daily and weekly.
Participate in monthly Credit Control Meetings.
Perform weekly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Support Assistant Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager in AR-related tasks.

Requirements

Diploma/degree in Accounting.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
IT literate and proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Word & Excel).
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Able to work under challenging working environment.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in billing, reconciliation, and records.
Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
Team player with good analytical and communication skills.
Meticulous, higher level of accuracy, reliable, proactive, and resourceful.
Strong negotiator with excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
Ability to develop rapport with people at all levels.
