Amazon's L&D team is looking for an experienced Learning Manager to lead strategic L&D initiatives across their operations network. This role involves end-to-end program management, from hiring strategy to content development and system expansion, focusing on associate performance and operational quality.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end L&D hiring strategy, including workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and role-specific competency frameworks.
Evaluate and iterate on Flex Fulfillment Associate strategy to drive continuous improvement.
Design, launch, and scale capability building programs.
Own program management for new programs and global benchmarks.
Prepare and present L&D performance narratives for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and OP1 planning.
Lead defect reduction initiatives by designing targeted learning interventions.
Own the end-to-end content development strategy and execution.
Lead change management initiatives related to learning programs and processes.
Drive the expansion and optimization of centralized learning systems and technology infrastructure.
Manage learning implications of ATS externalization changes.
Own the L&D budget and cost management process.

Requirements

Experience analyzing business metrics and training data to measure program effectiveness.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience developing and implementing training programs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Desired Qualifications

Experience creating learning content and driving learning through a Learning Management System.
