Responsibilities
- Leading several parallel installation and industrial engineering projects of varying scope and complexity.
- Project execution from planning through implementation.
- Creating clarity and momentum and driving progress toward agreed goals.
- Managing scope, timelines, budget and quality.
- Coordinating stakeholders and communicating throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying risks, handling challenges and finding practical solutions.
- Delivering results that create business value and satisfy internal customers.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, both independently and as part of a working group.
- Understanding problems and finding solutions when obstacles arise.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in roles centered on problem solving, responsibility and independent decision-making.
- Experience leading people, teams, projects, initiatives or operational activities.
- Proven ability to take ownership, lead others and move work forward.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Reliable, structured and accountable.
- Comfortable making decisions and setting priorities.
- Persistent when facing challenges.
- A clear communicator who builds confidence among colleagues and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
- Project management experience
- Experience from industrial or manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of installation projects, engineering, production development or continuous improvement
