WeQuel is seeking a Project Leader for a parental leave replacement role in Oskarshamn, focusing on installation and improvement projects within industrial operations. The role requires strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead independently, with fluent English and Swedish as essential. Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Ansvarsområden

Leading several parallel installation and industrial engineering projects of varying scope and complexity.
Project execution from planning through implementation.
Creating clarity and momentum and driving progress toward agreed goals.
Managing scope, timelines, budget and quality.
Coordinating stakeholders and communicating throughout the project lifecycle.
Identifying risks, handling challenges and finding practical solutions.
Delivering results that create business value and satisfy internal customers.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, both independently and as part of a working group.
Understanding problems and finding solutions when obstacles arise.

Krav

Several years of experience in roles centered on problem solving, responsibility and independent decision-making.
Experience leading people, teams, projects, initiatives or operational activities.
Proven ability to take ownership, lead others and move work forward.
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written.
Self-driven and proactive.
Reliable, structured and accountable.
Comfortable making decisions and setting priorities.
Persistent when facing challenges.
A clear communicator who builds confidence among colleagues and stakeholders.
