Responsibilities

Lead Fulfilment Operations Co-workers to ensure highest goods availability and operational readiness at lowest cost.
Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily fulfilment operations through planning and workload analysis.
Support the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda.

Requirements

University degree and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience.
Minimum 1 year of managerial experience.
