Requirements

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data, forecasts, and metrics.
Proficiency with planning tools, ERP systems, and data analysis software.
Deep understanding of planning processes, demand forecasting, inventory management, production scheduling, and supply chain operations.
Ability to work across departments (sales, operations, finance), communicate clearly with stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Capability to identify planning issues, develop solutions, manage conflicts, and make informed decisions under pressure and with incomplete information.
