- Deep understanding of planning processes, demand forecasting, inventory management, production scheduling, and supply chain operations.
- Ability to work across departments (sales, operations, finance), communicate clearly with stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Capability to identify planning issues, develop solutions, manage conflicts, and make informed decisions under pressure and with incomplete information.
